Description Location: CATS Academy Boston: Reports To: Athletic Director (Hockey) & Director of Residential Life Position Overview: CATS Academy Boston is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Prep Hockey Coach & Dorm Parent to lead the development of our prep hockey program while supporting the residential life experience of our student-athletes. This dual-role position is integral to fostering a high performance athletic environment alongside a safe, structured, and supportive boarding community. Key Responsibilities: Hockey Program Leadership - Serve as Head Coach for the Prep Hockey Team - Plan and lead all practices, games, and team development activities - Develop and implement a competitive program aligned with player development goals - Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes (domestic and international) - Support student-athletes in the college placement and recruitment process - Coordinate game schedules, travel logistics, and team operations in collaboration with Athletics staff - Monitor academic progress and partner with faculty to support student success Recruitment & Program Growth: - Actively recruit and build the hockey program through outreach, showcase...
