Job description
Omron is looking for an energetic and focused Strategic Account Manager to drive specifications, develop long-term profitable relationships and implement sales initiatives for Omron. This role is focused on a strategic segment – Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the automation, controls, and data center market. The ideal candidate will be located near New England, Chicago, or Northern California. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and execute strategic account plans that expand our presence with data center customers, including hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise operators . This includes advanced AI-driven controls optimization and liquid cooling solutions. - Drive engineering and corporate-level specifications for data center automation, electrical distribution, industrial controls, monitoring platforms, and integrated infrastructure solutions—particularly within our strategic product families. - Develop key contacts at customer sites/plants at select End User/OEM/System Integrator accounts. Work with Industry/technology/global teams and channel (where appropriate) to develop preference for and credibility of Omron with these contacts....
