FULL TIME POSITION- OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED- MUST ENJOY BREAD AND THE BAKERY $15.00 - $19.89 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to educate and develop relationships with our customers and continually grow sales in the artisan bread category. This person will be cutting artisan breads for customers using slicers and knives, preparing, baking, and packaging crostini, sampling products at the artisan counter and throughout the store, stocking the artisan counter, and providing exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the bakery provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the artisan bread counter - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all artisan bread products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the artisan area is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Educates custo...
