Entry Level Plant Designer (OAK RIDGE) – (Hybrid/Remote) Requirements: AS Degree or Higher - A general understanding of 2D and 3D Cad Environments - A basic entry level knowledge of Piping, HVAC & Plumbing system - Take direction and learn the basic principles of standard drafting and design practices - Computer Skill with basic Windows office environment software such as Word, Excel and Outlook - Candidates local to Oak Ridge, TN is preferred, However, candidates with applicable experience and qualifications that are local to Oak Ridge, TN are encouraged to apply while considering additional travel requirements. Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried is 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary.
