Scope: An experienced Account Manager to act as the key contact between Equativ and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, seamless campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships, and the achievement of client orientated goals. This role requires excellent communication, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client service and campaign performance. ✍️ Key day-to-day responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients across the UK and Northern Europe markets Respond promptly to team and client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives, ensuring Equativ’s solutions align with their goals. Attend and actively participate in client meetings and other key interactions. Campaign Management: Oversee advertising campaigns from inception to completion, providing recommendations to meet or exceed client objectives.
