Job description

Role Description The Programme Manager will lead the delivery, governance, and coordination of PMO-led infrastructure and construction projects, with an initial focus on supporting the development of a strategic infrastructure bid opportunity in Ukraine. The role will lead programme planning, technical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and bid support activities during the pre-contract award phase. Subject to successful contract award, the successful candidate will deploy to Kyiv to lead mobilisation and delivery activities for the remainder of the contract period. The role requires strong programme leadership, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively within complex and fast-paced environments. Location & Deployment: The role will initially be based in London during the pre-contract award phase. Subject to successful contract award, the successful candidate will be expected to deploy to Kyiv to support programme mobilisation and delivery activities for the remainder of the contract period.
