Job Description Summary The Senior Functional Leader – Enterprise Data Management is accountable for governing the configuration, metadata, and system behavior across Integrated Services Management (ISM) platforms, ensuring controlled, auditable, and scalable operations. This role owns the lifecycle of metadata, workflow configurations, automation logic, and Agentic AI behaviors, ensuring all system changes are governed, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - Metadata & System Behavior Governance: Define and govern metadata (data definition & structure) across workflows, automation, and AI-driven processes to ensure consistent, controlled system behavior. Establish standards for system configuration design, reuse, and lifecycle management across Salesforce and integrated platforms. - Data Conversion & Migration Leadership : Lead end-to-end data conversion as a business function—not just a technical activity. Partner with regions to drive data assessment, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment.
