Your mission: - Assume leadership of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success. - Collaborate with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively. - Architect, develop, and sustain scalable, high-performance software applications. - Uphold best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies. - Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity. - Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks. - Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.
