What are my responsibilities?: What do I need to qualify for the job? - You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of services included in the Global Network and Datacenter portfolio at Yunex Traffic - Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivering high levels of user satisfaction - Manage relationships between Yunex IT and service providers, ensuring effective handling of incidents, problems, and escalations - Take ownership of service-related financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting - Ensure service availability, resilience, and continuity, monitoring performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) - Continually evaluate the performance of providers and local delivery teams, manage claims, and lead service improvement processes - Take a hands-on approach to service operations, ensur...
