Assistant Lighting Supervisor REPORTS TO: Lighting Supervisor: Our Lighting Team is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, innovative, and skilled professionals to join our team! GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB FUNCTION: The Assistant Lighting Supervisor is a vital leadership role within Hale Centre Theatre’s Lighting & Video Department, directly supporting the execution of lighting designs across our Broadway-caliber productions and Theatre Education programs. This full-time, year-round position works hands-on to maintain lighting systems, lead crews, and uphold the artistic integrity of every show. The ideal candidate brings strong professional experience in theatrical lighting, expertise with modern lighting technologies, and proven leadership in fast-paced production environments. This is not a training position and is not intended for students or entry-level applicants.
