Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the quality and safe execution of daily maintenance activities performed by Mylar Specialty Films technicians and provides leadership for all maintenance work within the site, including outside contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performance management, utilization of maintenance management systems and influence development of the maintenance organization. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards to meet business requirements. This role is responsible for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and cost.
