Job Description: JOB PURPOSE: The Maintenance Manager must possess the desire and ability to manage the maintenance and repair for all areas of the Plant. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians in a plant that operates 24/7. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Site Director and collaborate with representatives of Corporate Engineering, Quality, Production, and Safety. The ideal candidate for this role excels in a fast paced, rigorous environment and desires a dynamic, professional position that promotes continuous improvement. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Manages maintenance personnel including job assignments, training, and development. - Provide on and off-hour emergency response to major equipment issues, damage control, and personnel assignment as needed. - Ensure regulatory compliance by enforcing all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety rules and procedures.
