A WMS supports the work management process by performing critical activities such as developing schedules and plans that facilitate barrier free work execution, supporting daily/weekly operation/maintenance activities, providing the necessary supply of resources for the station(s), and facilitating process improvements to make work plans safer, more productive and cost competitive.
