Lead Event Producer

What You’ll Do Plan and prioritize the annual event calendar for Europe or IMEA, including JIT opportunity evaluation. Manage budgets, contracts, and vendors , ensuring compliance with regional logistics, VAT, and regulations. Produce event collateral (Cvent pages, emails, signage, booth design, social assets) in partnership with Global Marketing Campaign teams. Capture and maintain accurate leads using iCapture (or regional equivalents) and ensure strong Salesforce data maintenance. Deliver post‑event reporting with KPIs, insights, and recommendations. Develop relationships with organizers to secure speaking slots and partnership opportunities. Adopt and share best practices across global teams and contribute to BKMs and templates. Support regional Customer Education events as needed. Operate with SEL Values and take on additional responsibilities as required. What You Need to Be Successful Required Qualifications: 4–7 years of event production experience (B2B tech or industrial preferred).
