Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Prioritizes nursing care provided to patients utilizing principles of growth and development under the supervision of the registered nurse. - Completes patient care timely and accurately based on the prescribed plan of care in conjunction with the Registered Nurse - Completes documentation according to specific guidelines. - Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits - Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct Required Qualifications: Education and Training: - Graduate from an accredited Nursing program - Must obtain IL RN licensure and transfer into an RN position within one year of position start date.
