Senior Financial Accountant (part-time)

Job description

DGA Group France is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant in Paris, who will be a key member of the European Finance Team. The role is part-time at 3–4 days per week but could be extended to full-time for the right candidate. Position: You will oversee end-to-end accounting processes for month-end and year-end close, working closely with an outsourced accounting team. This includes managing daily finance operations such as invoicing, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations, as well as acting as the main point of contact for the audit of the Paris entity. Reporting to the European Financial Controller, you will demonstrate capability across all finance activities, particularly: As part of this role, you’ll be working closely with the external accountant, whose main focus is to ensure the accounts are recorded in accordance with French GAAP. You will assist in recreating the French GAAP accounts as management financial records using Sage Intacct. You will be a key point of contact for local annual audits, banking activities, and other ad hoc assignments.
