Job Description: The Intellectual Property Service Assistant (IPSA) provides support to attorneys, and paralegals in the Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation practice group and ensures all day-to-day responsibilities are met while exercising discretion and confidentiality. The IPSA is responsible for assigned IP litigation matters, including matters pending before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC), federal district courts, PTAB, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. There is an annual billing requirement for this position.
