About The Role: As Australia’s leading reo provider, ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is growing its market presence and is seeking a energetic and results-focused Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you’ll drive residential sales growth across NSW by winning new business, growing key accounts, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. You’ll own a large and strategic territory, working closely with Area Managers and reporting directly to the Regional Manager to deliver results. Success in this role comes from being out in the market—meeting customers, spotting opportunities, and turning them into consistent revenue. If you’re someone who enjoys to hunt for new sales opportunities being on the road, thrives on momentum, and knows how to turn a pipeline into performance, this role is for you.
