They supervise technicians, inspect work, prepare and review documentation (notes, photos, reports), and communicate processes and next steps to customers. The role requires strong technical skills, customer service abilities, and the capacity to handle challenging situations. Project Managers may assist Estimators or create estimates in Xactimate following company and IICRC standards. A basic construction background, including knowledge of building materials affected by water, fire, smoke, or wind damage, is required. The role contributes to client satisfaction and the company’s growth.
