Cozen O'Connor's Pittsburgh office is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment paralegal. Candidate must be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a skilled communicator and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and computer/technical skills required. Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Some out of town travel may be required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of labor & employment experience which will include a litigation/trial background. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
