ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider committed to delivering seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions. POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager leads one or more large volume operation(s), which may serve a multi-disciplined customer base or multi-facility operations. This position is responsible for employee safety, customer relations, operational oversight, business metrics, staff development support and P&L. They are involved in business development and contracts, along with team leadership initiatives and improvement projects.
