Supervisor, Inpatient Rehab - ( 260416-50024939 ) Purpose of Position : To coordinate all clinical and operational activities of the Inpatient Rehab office to ensure optimal outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner while performing direct patient care activities when needed. Description 1. Oversees the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the department. 2. Provides direct patient care on average 50% of the time and performs all duties of a staff therapist. 3. Participates in the development and implementation of new inpatient programs and services. 4. Ensures that the quality of inpatient programs and services meet state-of-the-art, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. 5. Contributes in a positive manner to the Hospital’s external image through the maintenance of high customer satisfaction, and active participation on committees and in programs to support our mission. 6.
