Overview Pay: $21.63/hour (additional $2,000 annually for bilingual fluency in eligible languages) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth and families? We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager I - Family Support to join our team, where you'll provide crucial one-on-one support to parents and caregivers in a community setting. This role involves connecting families with resources, offering coaching, and helping build collaborative relationships with schools, service providers, and other community-based supports.
