Baystate Health, Western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region, is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our experienced Vascular Surgery team in Springfield, MA. SCHEDULE: · Full Time – 40 hours a week · Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm LOCATION: · 3500 Main St. · Springfield, MA RESPONSIBILITIES : Baystate Health’s Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating complex clinical schedules across the Division of Vascular Surgery service line. The Scheduling Coordinator will manage detailed and high-volume schedules for physicians and care teams across multiple locations (clinics, ORs, procedural suites, etc.) Build and maintain provider schedules using advanced scheduling software and applications. Ensure optimal provider staffing and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency. Perform regular schedule audits and report findings to leadership. Track and organize provider time-off requests, CME, and vacations. This position may also provide training and coaching to practices on schedule-building best practices.
