IEM is looking a Full-Time Construction Oversight Manager to join our team. This role leads site monitoring for subrecipient construction projects under PRDOH’s CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT programs. Responsibilities include reviewing payment certifications, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and supporting contract document reviews. The ideal candidate will provide technical feedback and validate OSHA-aligned health and safety provisions. Primary Location: - Live within a commutable distance to Guaynabo, PR. - Work in an Office Environment with a team. Travel Requirements: - This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.
