We ensure that innovations developed by R&D partners are transferred optimally into our production environment through structured governance, technical rigor, and strong cross-functional alignment. As a Senior Technology Engineer, you will play a key leadership role within this mission. Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Technology & NPI Engineering, you will support technology strategy, guide technical readiness and ensure that new packing systems and automation solutions integrate seamlessly into our operational ecosystem. Your technical depth, mentoring abilities, and ability to influence both internal teams and external integrators will help elevate the department’s overall capability and secure successful long-term deployment of sophisticated technologies.
