Market Range: 09 Hiring Salary: $22.77/Hourly: THIS IS A GRANT-FUNDED POSITION FUNDED UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029: JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Program Coordinator for the Clinical Workforce Development provides leadership and operational oversight for a multi-institutional undergraduate pre-medical workforce initiative jointly supported by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK), the UT Health Science Center College of Medicine- Knoxville (COM- Knoxville), and the University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC). This initiative is designed to develop structured, paid, and credit-eligible clinical employment opportunities for undergraduate pre-medical students while establishing a longitudinal workforce pathway from early exposure through medical school. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of undergraduate clinical workforce programs that integrate academic progression with hands-on clinical employment.
