QUALIFICATIONS: SCHEDULE: BENEFITS: - Answer customers’ questions regarding care of a wide variety of plants in our garden center and able to look up other plants as needed - Maintain knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals - Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers and accomplishing Bachman’s Customer Service Culture - Process all store transactions according to established procedures including In-store pickup, Curbside pickup and Delivery orders, returns for customers and transfers to other stores - Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, stocking and displaying merchandise - Answer telephone calls regarding all perishable horticulture questions. - Perform other duties as assigned - Demonstrates...
