We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant with a strong background in delivering care. You will focus on providing exceptional, specialist support to clients rather than management or supervisory responsibilities. You will work directly with clients in their own homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care, including supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
