Sales Development Manager Field Based - North of England / Scotland Role Summary: As a Sales Development Manager at Hyundai, you will be responsible for managing the performance of approximately 20 retailers in a designated geographic area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets for new and used cars. You will drive lead conversion, oversee stock management, ensure financial, and marketing goals are met. Additionally, you will work closely with retailer management to align strategies, enhance customer service, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring the Areas annual new car and used car targets are successfully agreed with retailers and creating plans to recover any shortfall to ensure delivery of business plan volumes. Ensuring those targets are met or exceeded on a monthly and quarterly basis using accurate forecasting to track performance to deliver required volumes, mix and Co2 results. - Responsible for establishing effective lead management processes in every retailer. - Utilise HUMK systems to drive lead conversions and perform deep dive reviews of active leads with recommendations on how to improve performance, identif...
