Job description

Overview This role provides executive communications leadership in support of the EVP of Strategy and Transformation and the CEO of Latin America Foods, with a primary focus on Strategy and Transformation (S&T) and Latin America Foods (LATAM). The position is responsible for shaping, coordinating, and activating executive visibility efforts, particularly across social and digital channels, while supporting a more centralized and consistent approach to executive social media and external engagement for senior S&T and LATAM leaders. Working in close partnership with Global External Communications, S&T Communications, and LATAM Communications, this role helps develop and deploy clear, aligned, and high-impact narratives across executive social platforms, thought leadership opportunities, external engagements, and priority business initiatives. The role supports end-to-end executive content development, applying sound judgment around narrative risk, reputational considerations, and stakeholder alignment to ensure all visibility efforts are strategic, consistent, and reputationally responsible.
