JOB OVERVIEW: As AI & Digital Optimization Manager , you will shape how artificial intelligence drives commercial impact at Miele Professional. You will operate at the intersection of e-commerce, marketing, and data, translating AI from a buzzword into a practical and scalable growth driver. Your mission is to identify, test, and scale AI use cases that deliver measurable business results. This includes driving lead generation and sales uplift, improving conversion rates, reducing costs, and increasing team productivity. At the same time, you will develop solutions that enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You will work in an entrepreneurial setup within Miele X, with the autonomy to experiment, demonstrate value, and scale successful initiatives. In close collaboration with E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, and IT, you will embed AI into daily operations, from campaign execution and content creation to reporting and conversion rate optimization.
