The position is responsible for providing contract management for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) which includes processing payments, advances and reports relevant to the programs administered within the BESS. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Working with local provider agencies, which include local governments, and non-profit organizations; providing assistance and training for the optimum performance of administrative and other field duties associated with all programs administered through the BESS programs.
