The Server at Urban Pour is responsible for delivering an elevated, personalized dining experience that reflects the vibrant, local spirit of Austin and the boutique identity of Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown – University . This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in the restaurant, ensuring attentive, efficient, and engaging service while maintaining brand and service standards. Servers are expected to create memorable guest experiences through strong menu knowledge, genuine hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, social dining environment. Core responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders accurately, and providing service aligned with established standards.
