Your role: - Managing O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items; - Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data; - Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions; - Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues; - Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
