Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science (B. S.) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) Licenses/Certifications: • North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX)• Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE)• Certified to administer vaccines• CPR certification• LPN or RN licensure required if Pharmacist licensure is not held Experience: • Five (5) years’ experience in a pharmacy environment preferred. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.• Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products. - Prepares and assists the Pharmacy team in the administration of vaccines, including influenza and COVID. - Administers vaccines to residents in all facilities where required on behalf of the pharmacy. - Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals, includi...
