If you are eager to manage the following responsibilities at high standards: Supporting the engineering team in designing, analyzing, and optimizing production processes for automotive safety components. Collecting and analyzing process data (cycle times, yield, defect rates) to identify improvement opportunities. Participating in defining production flows, workstation layouts, and required equipment for launches and ramp-up phases. Assisting in implementing Lean methods and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM) on the production line. Preparing and updating process documentation: operation sheets, work instructions, and quality checklists. Collaborating closely with shop floor operators for real-time testing of solutions and training them on new procedures.
