Description Franklin Street is currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least one year of experience in sales. A high degree of initiative and independent judgment, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to be successful in this role. Position Overview: The Business Development Associate executes a prospecting plan for work acquisition opportunities. This role conducts research, identifies opportunities, cold calls, outbound sales, prospecting, assist in preparing proposals, makes presentations, secures new business relationships, and maintains client relationships. Research & Database: - Executes a business development prospecting plan for their assigned market(s) and product type that is market-specific and includes geographical information, project size, revenue, and margin growth. - Research for alternate industries that fit the Project Management Business line core competencies. - Follows spending trends within the industry. - Organizes information according to the project development stage. - Participates in industry e...
