Job Overview Interested in shaping how advanced manufacturing equipment operates? Marvin is looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer to support our Custom Equipment Group (CEG) Controls Team. This role helps program, upgrade, specify, and maintain controls for manufacturing equipment across the facility. You’ll partner closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering to design, implement, and support PLCs and operator controls. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in engineering. Whether you have an engineering degree or equivalent experience, we’re willing to train the right individual. You’ll excel if you’re passionate about improving machine efficiency, strengthening reliability, and supporting system enhancements that meet evolving production needs.
