Green Energy Department Manager Department: Green Energy: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Rochester, NY: Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year Description: The Green Energy Department Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of the company’s green energy division. This role manages staff, coordinates projects, supports sales and business development efforts, ensures high-quality customer service, drives departmental efficiency and profitability, managing the evolving nature of NYSERDA directives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, operational experience, and a solid understanding of green energy systems, programs, and industry best practices.
