Workday Engagement Manager

Make a difference. Be happy. Grow your career. The Role: As an Engagement Manager, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday products for Nordic’s healthcare client base. The Engagement Manager, through building key relationships with the client executive leadership and implementation team(s), will drive the full life cycle of implementations from planning through post go-live. In addition, you will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, project status reporting, etc.) and work with the Client PM to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. Key Responsibilities: The Engagement Manager will have the following responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: - Provide excellent, professional client service at all times, tailoring consulting approach to the type of engagement and aligning services with the goals of the company - Project manage one or more Workday product implementations concurrently - Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW - Provide guidance and mentoring to resourc...
