Detailed Description The Transportation Specialist coordinates and directs the movement of vehicles, equipment, and personnel using transportation management and optimization software. This position supports internal and broker drivers, manages high-volume logistics operations, and serves as a key liaison between drivers, management, and customers. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement within NexTier’s supply chain operations.
