Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team, focused on delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across commercial strategy and marketing functions for our Cell and Gene Therapies Technologies (CGT) portfolio. This position reports to the Senior Director of Global CGT Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing internal and external data to uncover trends, optimize sales performance, and inform strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) market. This candidate will also support several tactical marketing activities. It is an important position within the organization which requires the individual to interact with cross-functional teams on a regular basis. *This position is unable to offer visa sponsorship either now or in the future. *Position requires working onsite 3 days per week in Lake Zurich, IL.
