This role will be managing a portfolio of projects focused on understanding and improving our clients’ employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be managing the implementation of employee-centric initiatives to a wide range of clients within the LATAM Region, serving as a trusted advisor and a point of contact to various levels of management. This will require flexible working schedule e.g., 11-19. We will count on you to: Serve as a liaison between the Operations team and consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration (with flexible working hours adjusted to market and project needs).
