Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted provider of commercial trade services, supporting new construction, tenant improvements, and a wide range of service projects. We are currently seeking a Plumbing Estimator Assistant to support the estimating team in preparing service estimates under the guidance of department management. The ideal candidate will have understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and applicable codes, along with experience contributing to accurate and competitive estimates for service work. In this role, you will assist in developing project estimates and change orders for a variety of commercial service projects. Schedule: - Sunday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Responsibilities: - Interpret and review blueprints, project schematics and/or specifications to determine material and labor requirements - Prepare and submit plumbing proposals within the scope of commercial projects under the direction of management - Reference pricing quotes from internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors - Process a high volume of data entry to maintain and update estimating software and databases - Learn and apply new indu...
