Job-ID: 17252; Location(s): McPherson KS JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The QA Inspector I is responsible for performing quality inspections of manufactured products; ensuring product quality meets company’s regulations and standards. What You'll Do: Quality Inspection - Performs quality inspections for both dimensional and cosmetic checks of manufactured products; ensures products quality meets company’s regulations and standards; enters dimensional and cosmetic data into Center for Audit Quality (CAQ) software utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems. - Measures dimensions of products to verify conformation to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers, etc. - Inspects the quality of raw materials received from suppliers utilizing visual checks and Incoming Goods Control (IGC) module.
