The Opportunity: Reporting to the Manager Compliance, the Senior Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in the design and embedment of WorkCover’s enterprise compliance framework, ensuring the organisation meet its regulatory obligations while advancing its purpose of making a positive difference to people’s lives. In this role, you will contribute to uplifting enterprise compliance maturity, with a particular focus on obligations management. You will take the lead in shaping and enhancing the management approach, ensuring obligations are clearly identified, understood, appropriately owned and supported by effective controls across the business. This includes building on existing capability as well as identifying opportunities to strengthen and embed best practice.
