Highlights of the Role EPCOR is seeking a Distribution Foreman to lead a skilled team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water mains and services. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide first-line supervision to crews working on heavy maintenance, new construction projects, and specialized functions such as main repairs, service repairs, and preventive maintenance. Reporting to an Operations Manager/Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that support EPCOR’s commitment to delivering reliable water services to our communities. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Lead and supervise crews performing installation, cleaning, replacement, and repair of water mains, fire hydrants, valves, meter replacements, and service lines of various sizes. - Maintain communication with utility workers and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to job sites - Direct barricading and traffic control for water main breaks or service leaks in roadways and rights-of-way - Monitor crew activities to ensure compliance with safety and water quality standards - Collaborate with property owners, contractors, utility companies, and other...
