Job description

The Poker Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Poker Room, tracking players when necessary, and provides protection for games while providing friendly, helpful service to every guest. - Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who are waiting to be seated at an active Poker game. - Seats customers on available Poker table and lets the Dealer know that there is a new player. - Makes seat changes and writes them down so there is no error. - Transfers monies from Cashier to customers. - Watches games at critical hours. - Puts games together as soon as there are enough seats to go around. - Ensures that games are not left weak or unattended. - Handles any customer concerns when necessary. - Must be able to accurately maintain brush bank and complete mathematical computations when buying and selling chips and/or money with the Cashier. - Answers telephone and maintains Poker Bank. - Fills out appropriate paperwork. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. - Spends the majority of time interviewing, training, and selecting employees. - Conducts Performance Reviews. - Makes or recommends wage...
