Salary Details The salary range for this position is CAD $76.34/Hr. - CAD $83.98/Hr. Job Summary: Come work as a Nurse Practitioner with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! Come join a specialized team of ENT surgeons, fellow & resident trainees, and allied health care professionals (RNs, SLPs, physiotherapy, respiratory therapy, social workers) to make a difference in an acute care hospital. Vancouver General Hospital is a quaternary care referral centre with a catchment area of 5.2 million in British Columbia and Yukon, 10 ENT inpatient beds, and a step-up unit for tracheostomy and free flap patients. Eight ENT surgeons perform subspecialized operations in head & neck cancer, voice, sinus, ear, and facial plastics that are not done elsewhere in the province. The nurse practitioner will join the inpatient care team with the following responsibilities: rounding with the ENT resident team in the morning, discharge planning for ENT inpatients from anywhere in BC and Yukon, ward management, documentation on electronic medical records, bedside procedures for inpatients, inpatients and emergency consultations, assisting with ENT outpatient clinics.
